This is a 7-module online learning program for certified diabetes care and education specialists (CDCES), social workers, and other members of the diabetes care team.

Dive into various contexts, including social determinants of health, and hone your expertise as you navigate these scenarios seeking the best approaches to promote patients’ mental health.
