This session will cover key updates in the 2025–2030 Dietary Guidelines for Americans and their relevance for contemporary diabetes prevention and management; examine the roles of dietary protein and fiber in glycemic control, body composition, and cardiometabolic risk; and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations for optimizing protein and fiber intake in modern diabetes care, including for patients receiving incretin-based therapies. The webinar will conclude with a dedicated time for a live Q&A session
