Please make sure to "Create Account" using the SAME email address you registered for the conference to access the session evaluations platform. This email is what ADA uses to register you for the CME/CE credit platform.This process will be available until August 19th.

Important notice for Pharmacists: Your credits will be uploaded to CPE Monitor weekly until August 19^th. Please make sure your profile accurately reflects your profession.
