  • Identify timely and appropriate behavioral, lifestyle, and medication therapies for people with diabetes. 
  • Address barriers to patient care as part of creating a personalized diabetes care plan. 
  • Utilize strategies to improve the quality and quantity of constituent engagement, including the use of interactive diabetes technology. 

This self-paced course has the busy professional in mind with convenient online access to view content at your leisure. Earn up to six continuing education credits, one per module. Equip yourself with the latest professional tools to apply to your clinical practice.
