Join the American Diabetes Association (ADA) on Wednesday, September 21, at 12 p.m. ET for a live, one-hour panel discussion about integrating diabetes technology in the primary care clinic. This free event provides 1 continuing education (CE) credit.

In this webinar, you will learn how to incorporate cutting‑edge diabetes technology into your clinic workflow. Panelists will discuss how diabetes technology can transform the care of people with diabetes, practical advice on how to incorporate technology in the multidisciplinary clinic, and how to anticipate and overcome common barriers to utilizing diabetes technology in clinic.

This session is a part of the Making Diabetes Technology Work series of continuing education programs by the ADA.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:

  1. List the benefits diabetes technology provides to the patient-clinician experience.
  2. Recognize how technology has changed the landscape of clinical care.
  3. Describe how members of a health care team can work synchronously towards the common goal of improving diabetes care using technology.
  4. Identify ways to anticipate and overcome barriers to using diabetes technology in the clinical setting.
