Overview

Join the American Diabetes Association on Tuesday, February 8th, at 3 p.m. EDT for a live, one-hour panel discussion about social and psychosocial determinants of health in diabetes. The session is a part of the "Hands On: Tips to Improve Diabetes Care" webinar series available exclusively to ADA members and offering CE credit.

 

In this webinar, speakers will discuss the overlapping impacts of social and psychosocial determinants of health in diabetes care as well as strategies for reducing disparities in the primary care setting. Presenters will share five actionable tips for addressing social and psychosocial determinants of health before the webinar concludes with a live Q&A session.

 

The “Hands On: Tips to Improve Diabetes Care” series is presented by ADA’s Behavioral Medicine & Psychology, Diabetes in Primary Care, and Diabetes Technology Interest Groups through the generous support of the Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust.
