In this webinar, we will have a roundtable discussion on the use of CGM, standalone insulin pumps and AID systems in the perioperative period.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Discuss a practical approach to determine when and how these systems should be continued.
  • Review strategies that can be implemented at an institutional level to safely continue these devices.
  • Provide guidance on alternative insulin options when the devices are not suitable for continuation.
