Chrononutrition examines how the timing, distribution, and consistency of eating influence the body's circadian rhythms and metabolic health. Emerging research suggests that strategies such as earlier meal timing, time-restricted eating, and consuming more calories earlier in the day may improve blood glucose, insulin sensitivity, weight management, and cardiometabolic outcomes, particularly for individuals with obesity and type 2 diabetes. This webinar will review the science behind chrononutrition, highlight current evidence, and discuss how meal timing can be applied to the prevention and management of diabetes and obesity.
