Obesity is a complex disease. Effective management requires a multidimensional approach that considers not only lifestyle changes but also the individualized needs of each person living with obesity. Join us for an overview of person-centered obesity care, beginning with a discussion on the impact of obesity, its risk factors, and associated comorbidities. Participants will gain insight into the various obesity management interventions, including lifestyle interventions, pharmacotherapy, and surgical options.

Dr. Bouhairie is a Medical Doctor, who is double board certified in Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes as well as Lifestyle Medicine. Dr. Bouhairie has over fifteen years of experience and gained rich experience in endocrine-related and diabetes care under world experts.  Her specific clinical interests are in diabetes and obesity management, prevention, and remission. Dr Bouhairie views the relationship with her patients as a partnership using her expertise to search for the root causes of what is creating symptoms, provide patient education and ensure everyone gets equal quality healthcare.
