Join fellow American Diabetes Association® (ADA) professional members for a live, one-hour panel discussion, Troubleshooting Cheat Sheet for AID Systems in the Primary Care Setting.

The panel will share insights into identifying modifiable and non-modifiable settings across various automated insulin delivery (AID) systems, address common continuous glucose monitor (CGM) connectivity issues, and provide a quick overview of interpreting device downloads and the platforms used to access them. Lessons learned from this discussion will help healthcare professionals better support individuals living with diabetes. At the end of the webinar, the panel will host a live Q&A session.

The session is part of the Hands On: Tips to Improve Diabetes Care webinar series, which is available exclusively to ADA professional members and presented by the ADA’s Behavioral Medicine & Psychology, Diabetes in Primary Care, Exercise Physiology, and Diabetes Technology Interest Groups. The series is supported by funding from The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust.
