OVERVIEW 

ADA Member Exclusive Recorded Webinar—This insightful session focuses on effectively supporting individuals as they adopt and adapt to new technology. This webinar explores practical strategies for guiding users through onboarding, navigating and responding to technology-related denials, and addressing device‑related distress with empathy and confidence. Participants will gain tools to help reduce frustration, increase comfort with new devices, and create a more supportive technology experience for those they serve. The panel shares five actionable tips and hosts a Q&A session at the end of the webinar.

 

The session is part of the Hands On: Tips to Improve Diabetes Care webinar series, which is available exclusively to ADA professional members and presented by the ADA’s Behavioral Medicine & Psychology, Diabetes in Primary Care, Exercise Physiology, and Diabetes Technology Interest Groups. The series is supported by funding from The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust.
