Our panelists discuss diabetes management strategies to help you enhance your ability to prescribe optimal treatment therapies and medical interventions for individuals living with type 2 diabetes. Following the presentation, speakers host Q&A session and showcase four case studies to explore treatment decision making related to real-world clinical cases.​

Learning Objectives
  1. Review the use of glucose-lowering medication for microvascular and macrovascular risk reduction.​​
  2. Insights into agent-specific considerations as they relate to diabetes’ clinical course among currently available SGLT-2 inhibitors, GLP-1 receptor agonists, dual GIP-GLP-1 receptor agonists, and other medications.​​
  3. Identification of strategies to remove barriers to guideline-directed therapy. ​
