Overview
Community health workers (CHWs) play a vital role in improving the health and well-being of the communities they serve and are critical to the prevention and management of diabetes. This module prepares you to develop a QI training process explicitly tailored for CHWs, empowering them to leverage their unique expertise and insights as partners in QI efforts within primary care practices and other organizations
