Hands On Webcast: 9/14/21: Person-Centered Care for People with Diabetes and Comorbid Mental Illness

In this webcast, speakers will take a closer look at how to provide patient-centered care to people dealing with diabetes and comorbid mental illness, including discussing tools for screening and referral as well as how to reduce stigma around mental illness and encourage hope within patients who deal with it. Presenters will share five actionable tips for improving care related to diabetes and comorbid mental illness before the webcast concludes with a live Q&A session.
