Time In Range in the clinic: Use in clinical care and Diabetes Self-Management Education

Addressing time in range (TIR) in the clinic can be difficult. This webinar will discuss how providers can use TIR to optimize management and use diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES) services to help patients learn how to utilize technology and understand data. Participants will have the opportunity to hear experiences from a primary care physician and a certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES) on how they utilize TIR in the clinic.

  • Understand how to operationalize time in range  in the clinical setting  

  • Identify techniques to help patients understand and use time in range
