This interactive session will explore familiar sources of funding for diabetes education programs, highlight the unique strengths of DSMES initiatives that resonate with grant funders, and provide a practical approach to designing successful grant proposals, programs, and partnerships. By the end of the webinar, attendees will understand the indicated use of GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) and current recommendations in the preconception period, recognize the risks and benefits of preconception use of GLP-1 RAs, and review the evidence regarding GLP-1 RA use during and after pregnancy.
